Payment

Artspan and PayPal have created a shopping cart that will provide you with a  seamless and secure purchasing experience. Sales Tax  Applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to Massachusetts State purchases. < Shipping For U.S. customers including Hawaii and Alaska, a Flat Rate shipping charge of $10.00 + insurance will be applied. For customers outside the U.S., prior to purchase, please contact me by email to confirm shipping and handling rates for your location. Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail in 1-3 days following receipt of your payment, and allow 7-10 days for delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact the shipper immediately and contact me as well. Keep all packaging for insurance claims.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return within 7 days from the date of receipt. Send the item, along with the original packaging and a copy of the invoice. Please purchase insurance to ensure reimbursement to you if the item is lost or damaged during transit. The item must be in original, unused condition and with a copy of the original invoice. Once I receive the jewelry, I will authorize a refund of the original purchase price not including shipping costs in the same form of payment as your original transaction.

Repairs

I stand behind my work and your satisfaction is important to me. Contact me to discuss the nature of the repair, and please purchase insurance when shipping something back, as I am not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during shipping. Repairs are free during the first 90 days; you pay only shipping and insurance. If there are gemstones that need to replacing, you will be asked to pay a replacement fee for the stones, along with shipping and insurance.

For repairs after 90 days, charges are based on time and complexity.
